Job description

  • You plan and coordinate personnel assignments independently and maintain an overview of deployment plans
  • In close coordination with our project managers, you schedule internal and external specialist personnel for the implementation of customer projects
  • You are in regular contact with subcontractors, book them and continuously expand your network
  • you are responsible for assessing and evaluating external personnel service providers
  • you take care of the correspondence and accompanying administrative tasks in personnel management
  • as a second focus, you support our project managers and account managers with project managers and account managers in the submission of tenders
  • you are responsible for the correct submission of tenders and accompanying documents
  • you also help with the telephone switchboard and are an important point of contact for internal and external concerns


Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office communications clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or HR clerk (m/f/d)
  • You have some experience in personnel planning
  • Your MS Office skills are sound, you work confidently and efficiently with the common programs
  • your written and spoken German is very good and you have a good way of expressing yourself
  • you are characterised by your organised way of working
