• You will independently create new product entries in the SAGE ERP system
• You will enter new products and handle cross-departmental data entry for all relevant departments
• You will carefully maintain product master data and keep it up to date
• You check data records for completeness and accuracy and correct them where necessary
• You liaise closely with the Design, Configuration, Procurement, Sales, IT and Purchasing
• You consistently adhere to guidelines and specifications for standardised data structures

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), an office management assistant (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• you are confident and experienced in using ERP systems
• professional experience in data management, logistics or order processing
• You can read and understand technical drawings
• You have a fluent command of German
• A structured, meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work is one of your strengths
• You are characterised by a strong technical understanding
• You quickly familiarise yourself with complex product structures and technical features
