Job description

  • You will provide full administrative support in the area of industrial truck technology and ensure smooth processes in day-to-day operations
  • In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring maintenance appointments as well as the complete documentation of all services carried out
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for all correspondence with customers and suppliers:and suppliers and act as the central point of contact for all vehicle-specific issues
  • The timely preparation of quotations and the preparatory invoicing of the services provided are also part of your daily tasks
  • As part of your job, you will support the local team in maintaining the master data and manage the technical documentation of the devices

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound initial professional experience in the field of office organisation or service assistance, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
  • Your IT skills in the common MS Office applications are secure and you are experienced in modern ERP systems for efficient data management
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, are essential for professional communication with customers and internal departments:and internal departments
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany and a permanent residence in Germany for long-term cooperation in our team
