Job description

  • You will be responsible for the professional organisation of the entire secretariat and the efficient management of all office processes to ensure smooth daily operations within the administration
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the careful planning and coordination of appointments as well as the comprehensive organisation of business trips including travel expense accounting
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for all internal and external correspondence in German and act as the first point of contact for all telephone and written enquiries
  • The preparation of meetings as well as the preparation of presentation documents and minutes

Requirements

  • Your confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications as well as the use of modern communication tools make you a competent personality for this versatile position
