• You will be responsible for handling written correspondence (letters, emails, reports) based on voice dictation or templates
• you will also be responsible for operating the switchboard
• and you will assist with receiving and hosting business partners
• Furthermore, you will handle project-related emails
• Last but not least, your duties will include assisting with preparatory bookkeeping tasks and travel expense claims

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You also have a very good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent written and spoken German (ideally at native speaker level) is also an advantage
