Job description

  • You will be responsible for the professional hospitality and care of arriving guests and ensure a warm atmosphere in our modern reception area
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the central telephone reception and the forwarding of calls to the responsible project teams or the management in our company
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail as well as the dispatch of important project documents to our business partners and the authorities involved

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), office communication assistant (m/f/d) or hotel management assistant (m/f/d) in your previous career
  • In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in the field of reception, team assistance or in a comparable position within a modern and service-oriented office environment
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook characterise you and enable you to efficiently process all correspondence
  • You have a good command of English for answering the telephone and a good command of written and spoken German at native speaker level for communicating with customers and partners
  • In addition, you have a high degree of reliability and a strong service orientation, to represent our company competently and friendly to the outside world at all times
  • Finally, you are a team-orientated personality and always work in a structured, conscientious and independent manner to complete your varied tasks in our dynamic team on site
