Job description
- You will be responsible for providing professional customer support by telephone and competent advice to citizens:

Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), administrative assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) in your career to date
- In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in commercial administration or in a comparable position with direct contact to various customers
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Officeapplications, especially Word and Outlook, characterise you and enable you to work in a structured manner
- You have a native level of written and spoken German as well as a clear way of expressing yourself for internal and external communication with all parties involved
- Furthermore, you bring a high degree of service orientation You have a high degree of service orientation and strong communication skills in order to always deal with customer concerns in a friendly and targeted manner
