Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the administrative admission of patients
• You will handle the switchboard and emails
• You will also be responsible for liaising, coordinating and communicating with social services, housekeeping, etc.
• Planning appointments and bed/room allocation rounds off your role

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience at reception or in a similar role
• You are able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
