• You will check, record, process and confirm incoming customer orders and actively monitor delivery dates
• You will also coordinate and plan deliveries and liaise with the dispatch department on this
• You will issue credit notes and other documents requested by customers, whilst complying with legal and internal requirements
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints

• you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• initial professional experience in international order processing is desirable
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a good knowledge of SAP
• Very good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
