• You will support customers by telephone and in writing, and respond to enquiries regarding their orders
• In consultation with specialist retailers, you will clarify orders and handle complaints
• You will draw up quotations based on customer requirements and finalise them as required
• You will handle order processing from order entry through to completion
• For bespoke orders, you will consult with customers in person on site and record their wishes and requirements
• You will support end customers independently and act as their dedicated point of contact for any questions or concerns

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in the hairdressing sector, as well as experience in customer service and order processing
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
