For our client, a medium-sized electrical and building services engineering company in Krefeld, we are looking for you as an assistant for office communication (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with a takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the complete office organisation as well as written and telephone correspondence with customers to ensure smooth administrative processes within the branch
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the professional writing and conscientious checking of all invoices incurred, taking into account the applicable tax law and internal regulations
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the systematic time recording of the assigned fitters and ensure an error-free database for payroll accounting through your precise working methods
  • The implementation of preparatory accounting is also part of your tasks, whereby you work closely with the finance department and prepare all documents in a structured manner
  • As part of your job, you support the management in the preparation of evaluations and always maintain the master data in the system reliably and with high quality standards
  • Finally, you are responsible for the general master data maintenance as well as the archiving of project documents and, as a team-oriented personality, you are a central support for the entire office team

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or dialogue marketing clerk (m/f/d) in a comparable environment
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in general administration or office organisation, ideally gained in a trade-related company or a technical service company
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, as well as a high IT affinity for familiarising yourself with industry-specific software solutions
