Job description
- You will be responsible for comprehensive processing within the commercial environment and ensure the smooth handling of all administrative processes
- In addition, you will be responsible for the competent support of your assigned customers:and act as the central point of contact for all sales-related issues
- In addition, you will be responsible for the operational processing and consistent follow-up of incoming orders, taking into account the specified delivery dates and quality standards
- The independent preparation of quotations and the complete processing of customer orders are also part of your versatile tasks in this area
- As part of your job, you will actively support the team in following up with customers and coordinating with important internal departments:as well as coordinating with important internal interfaces
- Furthermore, you support the careful maintenance of master data in the system and ensure complete documentation of all customer-related processes at all times

Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or merchant in wholesale and foreign trade management (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have at least two years of professional experience in administrative work and have sound practical knowledge of everyday commercial life
- You are confident in the common MS Office applications and ideally have initial experience in working with SAP
- Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as your strong communication skills for the exchange with customers are mandatory
- In addition, you bring a high level of organisational skills and a high level of communication skills:
