Job description

  • You organise appointment and travel management, correspondence, minutes and document storage
  • You also coordinate the telephone switchboard and e-mail inboxes, forward enquiries and keep an eye on deadlines
  • You are responsible for checking incoming invoices, account assignment, approval and tracking
  • You create evaluations and presentations, maintain master data and keep our processes neatly documented
  • You are responsible for organising meetings and events - from the room to the catering - and ensuring that everything runs smoothly
  • You are responsible for ordering (office supplies, service providers), comparing offers and optimising processes in day-to-day business

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You are confident in using MS Office and the ERP system
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • Your discretion and good communication skills speak for themselves
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and an organised way of working round off your profile
