Job description
- You will be responsible for the complete recording and processing of all customer orders and independently coordinate all relevant delivery dates with logistics
- In addition, you will be responsible for the careful preparation of accounting as well as the conscientious checking of all incoming invoices and the preparation of outgoing invoices
- Furthermore, you will provide competent support to customers and suppliers by phone or e-mail:customers and suppliers competently on the phone or by e-mail and act as a professional contact person for all commercial issues
- Continuously updating and managing customer and article data within the ERP system is also part of your daily tasks in this position
- As part of your job, you will actively support the team with general mail processing, structured filing and precise planning of important deadlines
- Furthermore, you will support the project management in administrative processes and ensure complete documentation of all business transactions for internal auditing
- Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring incoming payments and work closely with the management to ensure smooth office organisation at all times
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally within a trade-related company or a company in the electrical engineering sector
- You are particularly characterised by your sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and initial practical experience in using a modern ERP system
- Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as a clear manner of expression are essential for daily communication with customers:
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of organisational skills and reliability, whereby your structured and independent way of working in dynamic everyday life distinguishes you
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and, due to the location of the company, you have appropriate mobility with your own vehicle
- In addition to your professional expertise, you also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
