• In your role, you will support the team leader (m/f/d) in day-to-day business
• You will be responsible for coordinating appointments
• Taking incoming telephone calls is one of your tasks
• Then you will take care of carrying out research
• You will carry out work in the archive, which also includes creating files
• In addition, you will assist with sending applications and entering data into the system
• Finally, you will request documents and create correspondence

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you are confident in using MS Office programmes
• you also have a good basic understanding of office processes and have a careful way of working
• you are characterised by a citizen-friendly manner
