• You look after customers by phone and in writing and ensure binding communication
• In dialogue with the specialist retailer, you clarify orders, complaints and open concerns
• When preparing quotations, you work carefully and keep an eye on all details
• In order processing, you ensure a smooth process
• At personal customer appointments on site, you accompany custom-made products and take over end customer support

• A first commercial experience is an advantage for you
• You have already worked as a hairdresser and would like to expand your area of responsibility
• Basic MS Office knowledge will make it easier for you to get started
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by a friendly and engaging manner
