• You will be responsible for the professional commissioning and ongoing maintenance of state-of-the-art train radio equipment, in accordance with all technical specifications and quality standards
• You will also be responsible for independently delivering targeted customer training sessions in both German and English on commissioning, servicing and operation
• Furthermore, you will oversee the project-specific configuration of all complex train radio systems and ensure they function smoothly
• Your responsibilities will also include the comprehensive and meticulous preparation of detailed reports, from initial commissioning through to regular maintenance
• As part of your role, you will support customers with in-depth technical expertise and provide reliable telephone support in the event of faults
• Furthermore, you will support the professional inspection of the entire system installation, whilst strictly adhering to the specified internal installation regulations and quality guidelines
• Finally, you will be responsible for functional testing of the systems and will work closely with the development department to clarify technical issues and identify opportunities for optimisation

• You have successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) specialising in electrical engineering, building on an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for equipment and systems (m/f/d) or an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical experience in technical support, as well as advantageous knowledge of analogue and digital radio technology
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of PC and network technology, as well as your confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English and, ideally, French, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of independence, a strong customer focus and a consistently conscientious and structured approach to your work
• Finally, you are a true team player and are willing to undertake regular business travel to provide customers with the best possible support directly on site
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
