For our client in the energy supply sector, we are looking for you as an Onsite 2nd Level Supporter (m/f/d) in temporary employment.

Job description

  • You ensure 2nd level support for users
  • You analyse and resolve faults by email, remotely and on site at our client's office locations
  • You manage and monitor ticket processing in the client service team
  • You also install and configure hardware and software and put new components into operation
  • You look after mobile devices and video conferencing systems and support their administration

Requirements

  • You have completed IT training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you have at least three years of experience in on-site service or 2nd level IT helpdesk
  • You have good knowledge of current Windows client and server operating systems as well as network technology
  • You also have experience in Microsoft client and server administration, ideally with MEMCM and Office 365
  • You communicate confidently with users and work routinely with ticket systems
  • Your German language skills are at a business fluent level (min. C1 level)
