• You will advise our customers on all matters relating to energy cost billing and assist them with any queries in a clear and solution-oriented manner
• You will prepare heating and service charge statements based on (interim) meter readings, cost data and user information – in doing so, you ensure transparency regarding consumption and promote awareness of resource-efficient usage
• Corrected bills are also part of your remit and provide tenants and landlords with transparent, up-to-date statements
• You will reliably maintain the database for the properties assigned to you and ensure that all information is always up to date

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d) or similar
• You have already gained some initial professional experience in the commercial sector
• You are proficient in using MS Office and, ideally, have knowledge of SAP
• Good written and spoken German is a given for you
• You are characterised by an analytical mindset and a structured approach to work
