• You will be responsible for independently identifying, planning and ensuring the timely fulfilment of material requirements, including the direct implementation of complex alternative solutions in the event of short-term shortages
• You will also be responsible for the precise initiation, monitoring and close tracking of orders, as well as proactively ensuring all delivery dates are met, including the management of reminders and missing parts
• Furthermore, you will oversee the technical coordination and negotiation of delivery quantities and dates with internal stakeholders, as well as with national and international suppliers:
• Managing and optimising international supply chains, as well as ensuring the flow of materials and information within the global network – including measures to safeguard production – is also part of your remit
• As part of your role, you will support close cross-departmental collaboration, actively participate in SCMprojects, and the accurate preparation and analysis of key performance indicators and reports
• Furthermore, you will support continuous process improvement in the area of materials management, actively documenting all relevant operational procedures and processes
• Finally, you will be responsible for the daily monitoring of stock levels and, in the event of deviations, will initiate immediate corrective measures to stabilise the entire supply chain with regard to production requirements

• With a completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), you will build a solid professional foundation
• You have completed further training as a specialist (m/f/d) in purchasing or logistics as your primary qualification for this demanding role
• Your in-depth knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office sets you apart as a technically proficient user
• Your native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, will enable you to communicate seamlessly within our international environment
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of analytical thinking and a distinctly structured and goal-oriented approach to work to your new team
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
