• You will be responsible for the independent procurement of supplies and services with a value of 10.000 euros while strictly adhering to deadlines and costs
• In addition, you will be responsible for the implementation of comprehensive tendering procedures in close coordination with the respective internal departments and the relevant users
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the professional evaluation of received offers and prepare strategic negotiations, to ensure fair competition among suppliers
• Implementing follow-up orders is also one of your tasks, whereby you always ensure the reliable and legally compliant handling of all commercial processes
• As part of your work, you support the continuous optimisation of purchasing processes and ensure the high quality of the services to be procured

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable academic qualification with a clear focus on logistics
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the operational procurement of services, ideally with initial points of contact in the areas of IT services or construction services
• You are characterised by your sound knowledge of common ERP systems and MS Office applications, which will enable you to process all processes efficiently
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a clear manner of expression for daily communication with customers:inside
