• You will handle all operational procurement activities across all sites for your assigned product group and document them in a traceable manner
• You will ensure the availability of materials within your product groups in terms of quality, cost and delivery dates
• You will check enquiry documents, such as specifications and drawings, for completeness
• You will negotiate independently with suppliers regarding deadlines, prices and other operational procurement matters
• You liaise with internal departments such as Production, Development and Quality on operational procurement matters
• You maintain operational transaction and master data in the relevant tools and systems, particularly in SAP
• You will review and resolve complex discrepancies and variances in collaboration with the relevant parties
• You will support the strategic procurement team in implementing product group strategies
• You will contribute to special projects aimed at further developing the procurement function

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained several years’ professional experience in international technical procurement
• You have advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• You are characterised by a sound technical understanding, enabling you to interpret specifications and drawings
• You have a strong command of written and spoken English
• You work in a structured, solution- and process-oriented manner
• As a team player (m/f/d), you impress with strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• You possess strong negotiation skills when liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
