• You will be responsible for the customs-compliant and on-time procurement of metallic and electronic components and assemblies for high-precision Coriolis mass flowmeters in an international environment
• You will also be responsible for conducting structured supplier enquiries worldwide and for the commercial comparison of quotations in both volume procurement and project-based business
• Furthermore, you will liaise closely with internal specialist departments regarding technical, scheduling and commercial requirements, whilst ensuring compliance with all specifications
• The timely creation of master data and ongoing maintenance of all procurement-related items in the ERP system are also part of your daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders, including consistent tracking of deadlines, issuing reminders and handling complaints
• Furthermore, you will support strategic projects in the areas of product group management, targeted supplier development and the execution of complex value analyses
• Finally, you will be responsible for actively contributing to the successful implementation of sustainable procurement strategies to secure all existing supply chains in the long term

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d) or an office management assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in operational procurement within a manufacturing company, as well as, ideally, knowledge of international customs clearance
• Your confident use of modern ERP systems and a strong affinity for digital IT tools set you apart in your day-to-day work
• You apply your German language skills—which are absolutely business-proficient in both spoken and written form—as well as your good command of English with confidence when liaising with international suppliers
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of interpersonal skills and strong negotiating skills to your daily interactions with all business partners
• In addition, you are assertive and always work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, even in dynamic and challenging project situations
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
