You will assist with the procurement of cost centre requirements and technical components, from placing orders through to delivery in line with requirements. In addition, you will carry out office and administrative tasks within operational procurement, such as processing order confirmations, invoice verification and placing orders in the Microsoft Navision ERP system. You will reliably organise the weekly collection of production requirements in Italy. Last but not least, you will liaise closely with production planning and the requesting specialist departments on all tasks.

• You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training programme
• You have sound practical experience in the administration of an industrial enterprise, ideally in the purchasing or supply chain management departments
• You have experience with ERP and merchandise management systems, preferably Microsoft Navision Dynamics, and are proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English
• A high level of negotiating skills, strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work well in a team round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential
