• You will be responsible for handling all cross-site operational procurement activities for your assigned product group, including the proper documentation of all procurement processes
• You will also be responsible for reliably ensuring the availability of all required materials within your assigned product groups, whilst maintaining high quality standards
• You will also be responsible for the meticulous checking of all enquiry documents, such as specifications or drawings, to ensure they are complete and technically accurate
• Your duties will also include independently negotiating with international suppliers regarding delivery dates, prices and other operational procurement matters
• As part of your role, you will support close coordination with internal partners in the areas of production, development and quality assurance
• Furthermore, you will support the ongoing maintenance and updating of all operational transaction and master data in the relevant IT systems
• Finally, you will be responsible for contributing to strategic product group strategies, as well as for resolving complex disputes and implementing special projects

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist (m/f/d) or an Office Management Specialist (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in international technical procurement as well as in operational materials and supplier management
• Your confident use of SAP and your professional proficiency in standard MS Office applications set you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your native-level command of spoken and written German, as well as a strong command of English, make you well-suited for international negotiations
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of initiative, advanced negotiation skills and a consistently structured and goal-oriented approach to your work
• You are also a strong team player with excellent communication skills and are characterised by a solution-oriented approach
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
