• You coordinate completion and delivery dates for new and ongoing orders with customers and the production departments
• To ensure deadlines are met, you monitor order progress and report any deviations to the relevant parties at an early stage
• For particularly urgent orders, you will support the operations management team in prioritising tasks
• You will be the point of contact for customers regarding queries about deadlines and order status
• Working closely with operations management, production and administration, you will coordinate processes and information
• As an assistant (m/f/d) to the operations management team, you will independently carry out organisational and administrative tasks
• You will contribute to the certified energy management system
• You will record and document energy consumption data for the production facilities

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d), design fitter (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• further training to become a master craftsman

(m/f/d), industrial foreman

(m/f/d)

or as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) would be an advantage

• ideally, you will already have gained experience in a manufacturing or metalworking company
• you are confident using MS Office
• you have a good technical understanding and are familiar with production and manufacturing processes
• you have a friendly, confident manner when dealing with customers
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You are characterised by your reliability and sense of responsibility
