• You will be responsible for the independent operation, monitoring and controlling the production plant
• you will be responsible for achieving specified production and quality targets, as well as monitoring production parameters (e.g. CCP)
• carrying out process-related quality measurements will also form part of your remit
• In addition, you will inform the shift supervisor of any deviations (T 10)
• Ensuring a clean, safe, disciplined and orderly working environment, including compliance with GMP using checklists (T 20), rounds off your role

• you have gained at least 2 years’ professional experience in an industrial production environment, preferably in the food industry or process industry involving large-scale plants
• ideally, you have completed vocational training in a technical or food-processing profession
• You are also very welcome to apply as a career changer (m/f/d)
• Your PC skills, basic technical knowledge and understanding of processes involving natural raw materials are a strong point in your favour
• Knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work a 4-shift rota
• You are a team player with good communication skills and a proactive, independent approach to your work
