- You will be responsible for the technical analysis and ongoing optimisation of our highly complex microscopic illumination systems for specialised DUV photomask metrology as part of the international imaging team
- You will also be responsible for the detailed formulation and technical evaluation of all relevant requirement profiles for optical components and complex subsystems
- Furthermore, you will oversee the holistic development of innovative systemand assembly concepts, including the creation of precise test plans to ensure the highest technical quality standards within the project
