• You carefully record, check and monitor customer orders
• You will also liaise closely with internal departments
• You will ensure orders are processed on time

• You have already gained professional experience in order processing or a similar administrative role
• Experience in entering, checking and monitoring customer orders is part of your profile
• You are confident in coordinating closely with internal teams, which helps ensure orders are processed on time
• You also have experience in preparing shipments
• Furthermore, you have a good command of spoken and written English and German
• Ideally, you have user-level knowledge of SAP
• You work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner
