• You will enter and process customer orders in the inventory management or ERP system
• You will also be responsible for order verification
• You will prepare order confirmations, delivery notes and invoicing documents
• You coordinate delivery dates with customers, the warehouse and the dispatch department
• You act as the point of contact for any enquiries
• You maintain and update customer and order data

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will already have gained experience in order processing or order fulfilment
• Experience in using merchandise management and ERP systems would be an advantage
• You are confident in using MS Office applications
• You also work meticulously, in a structured manner and are reliable
• You are a strong communicator, a team player and service-oriented
