• You will handle customer enquiries and orders, processing them reliably and on time
• You will draw up bespoke quotations for our customers and finalise them
• You will also plan and coordinate appointments, whilst always maintaining a clear overview
• You will issue invoices and ensure they are processed correctly
• You will handle complaints professionally and find customer-focused solutions

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have gained experience in order processing
• you are confident using MS Office and, preferably, the ERP system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You excel in communication and are customer-focused
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise, structured approach to work round off your profile
