• You will be responsible for handling customer calls
• You will also respond to customer enquiries by email
• You will also enter and process orders in the SAP system
• You will also be responsible for creating data records and drawing up quotations
• In addition, you will regularly check the stock availability of parts to be supplied

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some initial professional experience in customer service/back-office
• You are fluent in spoken and written German
• Very good English skills are also an advantage, as approximately 50 per cent of communication takes place in English
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage; experience with ERP systems is also required
