Job description

  • You prepare quotations, process orders for repairs and coordinate project planning and the commissioning of internal service areas
  • You reliably carry out repairs within specified performance, cost and deadline targets
  • You actively communicate with customers on order status, delivery dates, queries or complaints and coordinate the progress of repairs with the workshop manager
  • Within the scope of your tasks, you plan sales and gross profit and work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments

  • Calculate interdisciplinary customer service orders and prepare precise cost estimates
  • Recognise potential for optimisation in order processing and initiate appropriate improvements
  • Conscientiously take charge of invoicing and support the finance department in collecting receivables and checking prices
  • Recognise advance requirements at an early stage, apply for them and check the progress of repairs in coordination with the workshop manager:inside

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector, or technical training with a commercial affinity
  • 1-3 years of professional experience is an advantage for you
  • You have good aviation knowledge in the area of Maintenance Organisation EASA Part 145
  • Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP Hana, especially in the CS/SD module, are part of your profile
  • You are fluent in English and have a good command of German
  • You are confident in dealing with customers and internal partners
  • You recognise suitable solutions for customer problems and requirements
  • Organisational talent, a structured and precise way of working, customer-oriented thinking, solution-oriented action, self-motivation and strong communication skills are your hallmarks
