Job description

  • You will be responsible for the complete processing of incoming customer orders from entry in the system to on-time delivery to international business partners
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the careful maintenance of customer master data and the documentation of all sales-relevant processes within the internal database to ensure high data quality
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for telephone and written correspondence with customers:
  • You will also be responsible for the preparation of quotations and the coordination of delivery dates in close coordination with the logistics department
  • As part of your role, you will support the team in the preparation of shipping documents

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational order processing or a comparable commercial position within a manufacturing industrial company or a technical trading company
  • Your solid knowledge of the common MS-Office applications and in dealing with modern ERP systems enable you to handle all business processes efficiently and in a structured manner
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication with your international customers and colleagues
