• You will pick goods on time and correctly using the hand-held scanner and prepare the requested items for dispatch
• You will also pick goods using the order programme on the scanner and monitor the order and dispatch lists to ensure on-time delivery
• In the goods-in department, you will load and unload containers and lorries, accept goods and check freight documents as well as the goods themselves for accuracy in terms of both quality and quantity
• You will check incoming goods, apply labels to them and use a scanner to record them in stock
• You will also store or relocate goods appropriately and optimise storage locations based on the planning list in the SAGE warehouse management system
• In the goods dispatch department, you monitor the order and dispatch lists, check and pack goods ready for dispatch, and store them using the E Ameise system
• In addition, you prepare goods on pallets for dispatch, draw up dispatch documents, register consignments in the dispatch system, and handle the clearance and loading of part-loads, collections, groupage and parcel consignments

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, goods-in or goods-out is an advantage
• You are confident using hand-held scanners and, ideally, have already gained experience with warehouse management systems
• An understanding of logistics workflows and on-time dispatch processes is part of your profile
• Furthermore, you are confident in operating industrial trucks, such as the E Ameise
• You also have a good basic knowledge of spoken German and hold a forklift licence
• Ideally, you hold a Class B driving licence
• You are characterised by a meticulous, team-oriented, reliable, responsible, organised and independent approach to work
• physical fitness and a willingness to work hard support you in your day-to-day work
• a valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
