• You will pick goods using the ‘pick-by-light’ system and retrieve the items displayed in the correct quantities
• You carefully assemble orders based on the light signals and displays
• You pack the picked items securely and ready for dispatch
• You check items and quantities for completeness and visible damage
• You enclose dispatch documents and delivery notes and label the parcels correctly
• You prepare finished parcels for dispatch and sort them into their designated locations
• You sort empty containers, packaging materials and cardboard boxes, and keep your workstation clean and tidy
• In the event of discrepancies or missing items, you report these to your supervisor so that they can be resolved quickly

• You work carefully and with concentration to ensure that items and quantities are correct
• Initial experience in warehousing, logistics or order picking is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You have a keen eye for detail and are confident in handling items and packaging materials
• You are physically fit and able to work whilst standing and walking for extended periods
• You are a team player and communicative, particularly when dealing with queries or discrepancies
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
