• You will be responsible for preparing quotations
• You will also handle the commercial processing of domestic and international customer orders
• Ensuring that orders are managed in accordance with contracts, delivery and invoicing
• You will be responsible for preparing dispatch and export documents
• You will also be responsible for posting incoming invoices for the department
• You will enter and maintain sales data in the ERP system
• Registering orders and manufacturer’s declarations in the customer’s own SCM system rounds off your remit

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification, combined with a good understanding of technical matters
• You are also confident in using MS Office applications and have experience of working with ERPsoftware, ideally Infor ERP LN
• Good written and spoken English is an asset
• You are characterised by an independent, flexible and goal-oriented approach to work
• You are a good communicator and enjoy working as part of a team
