• You will be responsible for commercial processing and administrative support within the commercial insulation department
• You will coordinate and handle the administrative aspects of orders, both internally and externally, from order entry through to completion
• You will carefully record and check commercial transactions and documents, and file them in a structured manner
• You will check delivery notes, invoices and other operational documents in accordance with the specified internal standards
• You will maintain master data in a structured manner and keep it up to date
• You will prepare relevant data in a timely manner for subsequent internal processes

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have some initial practical work experience in a commercial role or a comparable administrative position
• You are confident using MS Office and modern IT systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
