• You will be responsible for order processing, from the customer’s order right through to invoicing
• This also includes preparing order confirmations, invoices, credit notes, export statements and delivery notes
• You will also be responsible for coordinating delivery dates with the production department
• In addition, you will handle materials planning
• Last but not least, export processing is also part of your responsibilities

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship and have several years’ professional experience in a manufacturing company
• You also have relevant experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the electrical engineering sector would also be an advantage
• Very good command of German and English rounds off your profile
