• You carry out the complete order processing, including special cases such as loan and trade fair deliveries
• You create order confirmations, coordinate shipping and take care of customs clearance for international deliveries
• You invoice the deliveries, ensure correct invoicing and document everything in the system
• You track all deadlines as part of order processing, check deadlines and report delays in good time

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, not as a retail salesperson (m/f/d), or a relevant degree, for example in business administration, economics or a similar field
• Ideally, you have initial professional or internship experience, preferably as a graduate:in
• you have a very good command of written and spoken German and communicate even complex issues clearly and comprehensibly
• you also have a good command of written and spoken English so that you can handle international processes with confidence
• you are reliable, motivated and committed, work carefully and actively contribute to the team
