• You will enter standard and project orders into our ERP system independently and reliably
• As a knowledgeable point of contact, you will assist customers, sales partners, branch offices and the sales department with all commercial enquiries
• You will provide information on stock levels and delivery dates
• You will coordinate scheduling in close collaboration with Purchasing, Production Planning, Sales and Development to ensure processes run smoothly
• You will carefully maintain customer data in the ERP and CRM systems
• You will process orders and enquiries via the customer portals
• You will check order data for completeness and accuracy and resolve any queries promptly
• You will create and manage order documents and other paperwork using MS Office
