• You will process enquiries, quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices, including credit control
• You will enter customer orders, process them carefully and place orders with suppliers
• You will reliably track and monitor deadlines
• You will provide customer support by telephone and in writing, with a focus on service
• You will maintain master data conscientiously and keep it up to date

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or further training as a technician (m/f/d), for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or an office management clerk (m/f/d)
• You have SAP skills
• You are confident using MS Office
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team come naturally to you
