You will be responsible for independently handling commercial and administrative processes within the department; this includes providing professional support in dealing with telephone and written enquiries from customers, suppliers or internal contacts. You will also be responsible for preparing, checking and posting of quotations, order confirmations and invoices. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating master data, files, tables and statistics in the ERP system or in Microsoft Office. Last but not least, your responsibilities include tracking follow-up tasks, delivery dates and deadlines.

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are also confident in using standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and, ideally, have knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
• You are characterised by a structured, conscientious and independent approach, with a strong aptitude for numbers and organisational skills
• Furthermore, you have a very good command of written and spoken German, and a good command of English would be an advantage
• The ability to work as part of a team, reliability and a passion for communication round off your profile
