• You will check, record, process and confirm incoming customer orders, and actively track delivery dates
• You will coordinate and plan deliveries, and liaise with the dispatch department
• You will issue credit notes and other documents requested by customers in accordance with legal and internal requirements
• You will handle complaints in a solution-oriented manner

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have initial professional experience in international order processing
• You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
