• You will be responsible for independently calculating complex quotations in the field of switchgear construction, as well as for the precise post-project costing of all client-related projects, taking all cost factors into account
• You will also be responsible for recording all customer requirements in detail and drawing up bespoke technical quotations in close consultation with the sales team
• Furthermore, you will oversee the commercial order processing from order placement through to handover, working closely with production and project management
• Checking technical drawings and circuit diagrams for feasibility and completeness is also part of your day-to-day operational duties
• As part of your role, you will support the technical experts with pricing and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the necessary parts and materials
• Furthermore, you will help optimise internal costing processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of cross-departmental interfaces within the company
• Finally, you will be responsible for following up on outstanding quotations and maintaining professional communication with customers to ensure the successful finalisation of all orders

• You have successfully completed further training as an Electrical Engineering Technician (m/f/d) or an Industrial Foreman in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d), having previously completed an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or an Electrical Systems Fitter (m/f/d)
• You also have solid professional experience in technical costing and order processing within the field of electrical and automation engineering or switchgear construction
• You are distinguished by your confident use of standard costing software and MS Office, and you can read circuit diagrams and technical drawings with ease
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good understanding of commercial and technical customer communication
• Furthermore, you possess a strong analytical mind and numerical aptitude, enabling you to quickly grasp complex issues and cost-calculation relationships
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
• Finally, you are a true team player and always approach all tasks assigned to you in a structured, goal-oriented and extremely conscientious manner
