• You will provide care for patients in their own homes in accordance with the provisions of SGB V and SGB XI
• In terms of treatment and basic care, you will support patients respectfully and empathetically with their daily care
• You prepare and administer medication in accordance with doctors’ instructions
• You prepare infusions and take blood samples
• As instructed, you will measure blood sugar levels and administer insulin
• You will carry out wound care professionally
• You will maintain care records independently and in a clear and traceable manner
• You maintain regular contact with patients, their relatives, doctors and therapists

• You have completed vocational training as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or registered nurse (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of treatment and basic care
• You work independently and responsibly, including when planning your own rota
• You are characterised by a respectful approach to patients and a high degree of empathy
• Your profile includes spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are a team player and communicate confidently
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of professional identity are important to you
• You hold a Class B driving licence
