Your responsibilities

You’ll provide home care in accordance with SGB V and SGB XI. You’ll also manage and maintain the documentation independently. You’ll communicate with patients, relatives, doctors and therapists. You’ll also prepare and administer medication; prepare infusions, take blood samples, administer insulin and measure blood sugar levels; and, last but not least, provide wound care.

What we’re looking for

• You have completed vocational training as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing care practitioner (m/f/d) or registered nurse (m/f/d)
• A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to your profession are important to us
• You have knowledge of treatment and basic care
• You are characterised by a respectful manner towards patients
• You are characterised by empathy
• The ability to work as part of a team rounds off your profile
• A Class B driving licence is an advantage
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently
