• You will be responsible for the manufacture of GRP (glass-fibre-reinforced plastic) components and the construction of negative moulds
• During the lamination process, you will work to structural laminate plans, apply different types of glass fibre to negative moulds, saturate the materials using impregnation systems and de-aerate the components in accordance with best practice
• You will also carry out thorough quality checks throughout the entire manufacturing process
• Post-processing using hand-held power tools, such as grinders and other equipment, also falls within your remit
• Through finishing, you give the GRP components the desired surface finish and quality

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a painter (m/f/d), vehicle painter (m/f/d), paint finisher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification – alternatively, you have several years’ professional experience in the manufacture of GRP components
• you possess a good technical understanding and manual dexterity, as well as the ability to operate machinery safely
• Good written and spoken German and a valid work permit are also assets
• You work conscientiously and meticulously
