• You will be responsible for preparing and coating surfaces and components
• You will carry out painting, varnishing and coating work both indoors and outdoors
• Your responsibilities will include surface preparation, visual inspections, coating thickness checks and simple documentation are also part of your remit
• Following induction, you will be responsible for corrosion protection work on steel and metal structures
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a tidy site round off your role

• a completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d), a building or commercial coatings specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable specialism or qualification
• alternatively, you have several years’ relevant professional experience in the painting and coatings trade
• ideally, you hold a KOR certificate in accordance with ZTV-ING
• you are naturally confident in handling standard machinery, equipment and coating materials
• knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work on a variety of building sites
• You hold a driving licence
• You are comfortable working at heights, reliable, a team player and able to work independently
