• You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the paint booth, the preheating oven and the Power-and-Free conveyor during operation

• To prepare the workpieces for powder coating, you will cover or mask off, in accordance with specifications, those areas that are to remain unaffected by the coating

• You will fill in minor indentations and superficial irregularities using filler and then smooth the treated areas by sanding

• You improve the component suspension arrangements, record the results achieved and forward them to the relevant contacts

• Once the parts have cooled down in the cooling zone, you remove the covers, take the workpieces off the suspension system, and pack and sort them in accordance with the work order and order details

• If necessary, you also apply the required markings to them

• Using visual inspection and measurement technology, you check the required coating thickness and save the measured values in the relevant device

• Finally, you sign off on or confirm all completed orders in the SAP system

• You have already gained many years’ experience as a painter (m/f/d) and in surface coating
• Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a vehicle painter (m/f/d)
• Your manual dexterity and fine motor skills are a real asset
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You are known for your reliable approach to work
